Shipping policy

At checkout, you may select local delivery or shipping. We currently ship within the U.S. only. In-stock orders are delivered or shipped within 3-5 business days of your order, excluding holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.

Once orders have been fulfilled and shipped by Casa Granada, the shipping carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) is responsible for missing, lost, or damaged packages. Casa Granada is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond their control. If your package is not tracking or missing, we are happy to assist you in trying to locate your package, but suggest you contact your local post office or the shipping carrier first.
